The method
How it works.
Two short questionnaires, two engines, one profile.
Behaviour Engine™
How you show up
Colour Wheel · 25 questions
Each question has four options. Pick the one most like you — your top colour is the one you pick most.
- Ember · The Driver
- Beacon · The Inspirer
- Grove · The Supporter
- Tide · The Analyst
Growth Engine™
How you prefer to learn
Learning Language · 20 statements
Rate each statement from 1 (never) to 5 (always). There are four per Learning Language, so each scores 4–20.
- Show Me · The Visual Learner
- Talk It Through · The Verbal Processor
- Let Me Try · The Experiential Learner
- Let Me Think · The Reflective Learner
- Tell Me Why · The Contextual Learner
Close calls
If your top two are within one answer or one point, we show both — it’s too close to pick one.
What it’s for
- Understanding how you work and learn
- Better conversations with your manager and team
- Working well with people who are different from you
What it’s not for
- Hiring or promotion decisions
- Performance ratings
- Labelling or boxing people in
Who sees your results
- No one — not even you — until your consultant shares them, usually at your workshop.
- Then: you, your consultant, your manager and those above them, anyone who reports to you, and teammates whose results are also shared.
- HR admins only see whether you’ve finished.
- Your individual answers aren’t shown to anyone.
Results reflect how you describe yourself, so they’re about preferences, not ability — and no result is better than another. Learning Languages in particular are a starting point for conversations, not a rule about how you must be taught.
